What is it?
Our validation program is intended to help you find and connect with real people. Members with the "Validated Member" Seal, have proven "they are who they say they are".
Once validated, a member can then validate other members who they have actually met and know are for real.
Why get validated?
The main reason to get validated is to prove you are who you say you are. With the possibility of 'fakes' and 'picture collectors' becoming a part of our community, other members will feel more confident in contacting you.
Who can validate members?
Any validated member or administrator can validate another member. If we find that a member has validated someone who is not 'real,' their validation privileges will be revoked.
How do I get validated?
Option 1: Meet us in person, you may reach us at (416) 669-5582 to set up a meeting.
Option 2: Email a picture (non-nude is ok) of you and your spouse (or you by yourself if you're single) holding a sign with the words 'TorontoCouples' the date, and your member name written in big, bold letters to validate@flinginthecity.com. Couples must be in the photo together embraced with their faces shown. This picture stays within our records and is not displayed on the profile, it is only needed for the validation process. Option 3: If you know another validate member, you can ask them to validate you at validate@flinginthecity.com. (Note that this method is subject to verification and that a validate member who validates someone who is NOT REAL, will get his validation priveleges revoked.)
